Before starting the application you are strongly recommended to go through the handbook . Handbook gives you a detailed account of the program and what a fellow is expected of. There are a few changes from last year and we would urge you to give it a look before you start the application.
The application process is on from 20th Jan, 2011 to the 1st March, 2011. We encourage you to apply early to avoid the last minute rush.We would not accept applications beyond 1st March, 2011.
